1. Who we are
ENDURA is a brand operated by FDYS Media Pty Ltd (“ENDURA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an Australian company (ABN 46 691 144 644 / ACN 691 144 644). We sell nicotine-free energy pouches online.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

Information collected automatically - IP address, device type, browser, operating system - Pages viewed, time on site, referring URL - Cookies and similar technologies (see section 6)
Information we do not collect We do not store your full payment card details. Card data is captured and processed directly by our payment processor. We only receive a token, the card type and the last four digits.

5. International transfers
FDYS Media Pty Ltd is based in Australia. Our fulfilment, payment and platform providers are primarily based in the United States. This means your personal information will be transferred to, stored and processed outside your country of residence.
Where we transfer personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with Australian Privacy Principle 8 and, where relevant, applicable US state privacy laws and the GDPR.
6. Cookies
We use: - Essential cookies — required for the cart, checkout and security. Cannot be switched off. - Analytics cookies — help us understand how the site is used. - Advertising cookies — used to show relevant ads and measure their performance.
You can control non-essential cookies through our cookie banner or your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will break checkout.
7. Your rights
Everyone. You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to certain processing. Email us and we’ll respond within a reasonable period.
Australia (Privacy Act 1988). You have rights under the Australian Privacy Principles, including access and correction. If you’re unhappy with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
California (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To opt out, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer.
Other US states. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights. Contact us to exercise them.
EU/UK (GDPR). Where GDPR applies you also have rights to portability, restriction, and to withdraw consent at any time, and may complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Marketing
If you opt in, we’ll send you emails and/or SMS about products, offers and launches. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, by replying STOP to any SMS, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about your orders or subscription.
9. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it: - Order and transaction records — 2 years (tax and accounting obligations) - Account and subscription data — while your account is active, then 24 months - Marketing data — until you unsubscribe, then removed from active lists - Support communications — 24 months
10. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and vetted third-party processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our products are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly sell to, or collect personal information from, anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be notified by email or a notice on our website.
